Toby is our Head of Delivery and Planning for DICI business unit. He has been working in the telecoms industry since 1991 where he spent the first 15 years working across various Fixed Line Projects. Since 2006 has concentrated mainly on Mobile Cell Site rollouts responsible for all Planning & Delivery elements. 

Toby has managed various multi-million-pound projects to date & maintained excellent customer relationships. His last role was with IRIS Telecommunication as Head of Delivery & Planning.
