Job Title - Assistant Project Manager

Location – Huntingdon (soon to be at new office in Peterborough)

Genesis is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing diverse team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our projects and will be expected to assist the Project Managers on completing daily tasks and keep the project performance levels high, tasks will include assistance in planning sites, tracking resource, compiling reports as per customer expectations, completing site specific RAMs, CPHSP’s, booking engineer access, checking HOPs, tracking engineer cert’s, sending out daily reports to customer and solving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities –

- Assist in the daily activities for project requirements

- Compile daily reports and send out to all parties at scheduled times

- Assist in managing project tasks based on team skills, Access, RAMs, CPHSP, Hop tracking.

- Monitor project performance

- Identify and report project needs and flaws

- Identify and report any site risks

- Track and maintain resource levels

- Ensure site works are carried out with all H+S aspects in place

- Maintain strong communication skills with project managers, senior managers and Genesis customers.

 

 

 

A background in Mobile Telecoms with strong technical knowledge is preferred.
