Genesis has signed an agreement with the Secretary of State for Education acting through the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). The ESFA is an executive agency of the Department for Education that sets out the terms for use of the Apprenticeship Service and the obligations by which Genesis agrees to be bound.
We have partnered with Barking & Dagenham College (BDC), one of the leading training providers in London to offer exciting opportunities to internal staff and new apprentices.
WHY BDC?
BDC were carefully selected by Genesis as a training provider based on feedback from Ofsted reports, feedback from employers and over 50 years of experience.
Over 350 employers commission BDC to develop their workforce every year and 86% of employers agree that BDC deliver training to industry and sector standards and would recommend Barking & Dagenham College for Apprenticeship training.
Ofsted reports show outstanding leadership and management have ensured that teaching, learning and assessment ensure the majority of students achieve their learning goals and develop excellent entrepreneurial and employability skills, such as team-working, communication, resilience, that improve their aspirations and build their self confidence.
