Andy Homewood serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Genesis, bringing over 40 years of extensive experience in both civilian and military communications. He began his career as an Avionics Engineer and Electronic Warfare Specialist, serving 12 years in the Royal Air Force before joining Nokia Telecommunications in 1996. Since then, Andy has made a substantial impact on the UK telecommunications sector, holding senior positions across operations, technical leadership, and executive management, including roles as Operations Director, Technical Director, Managing Director, and COO for both vendors and operators.

His career has also taken him internationally, with diverse engineering and management roles in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Thailand, as well as global project transformations that consistently delivered outstanding results. Andy’s passions lie in people development, solution-oriented strategies, and driving transformative improvements across all areas of business.

Outside of work, Andy is a dedicated Arsenal supporter with a strong interest in sports and fitness. He also enjoys property renovation and is devoted to restoring and maintaining his cherished classic car, giving new life to a well-worn but beloved piece of history.
