  1. Expertise in Ericsson Products and Solutions:
    • In-depth understanding of Ericsson’s product portfolio, including telecommunications equipment, software solutions, and services.
    • Specialized knowledge in specific Ericsson technologies such as 5G, LTE, cloud infrastructure, network management systems, etc.
    • Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Ericsson’s offerings and industry trends.
  2. Technical Guidance and Support:
    • Provide technical guidance, support, and advice to internal teams, customers, and partners.
    • Assist in product design, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities.
    • Serve as a point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and escalations.
  3. Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
    • Participate in solution architecture design, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
    • Support solution implementation, integration, and testing activities.
  4. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
    • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by documenting lessons learned, technical insights, and solution blueprints.
  5. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations.
    • Gather feedback and insights from customers to drive product improvements and innovation.
  6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to drive business objectives.
    • Lead technical workshops, review meetings, and collaborative sessions to align on goals and strategies.
    • Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  7. Industry Thought Leadership:
    • Represent Ericsson at industry events, conferences, and forums as a subject matter expert.
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through whitepapers, articles, and speaking engagements.
    • Stay engaged with industry standards bodies, academic institutions, and research communities to drive innovation and thought leadership.
